"The people who work here are amazing. Had a covid exposure and needed fast results. This is not a free clinic but due to the surge, wait times at other places were extensive. Appointments were made via email and paperwork that needed to be done to request the appt was clear explaining what my cost would be. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Arrived at the appointment time and Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! Tests are sent out to a lab for processing but I received results before they were promised. Thank you Chelsea for sending results promptly. Great experience!"

They explained the covid testing process and sent comprehensive information in advance so I knew exactly what it cost even before I scheduled. The results came back quickly . "My first experience with Passport Health was nothing short of pleasant and amazing. I communicated with the staff via phone and email prior to and after my appointment and they were very friendly, courteous, and professional…. best customer service experience in a long time. They made the process so much easier from start to finish with answers to my questions, guidance and ease of access to the materials I needed to complete. I’ve never had a COVID test so needless to say I was quite nervous! But the process was quick and efficient; they were very nice, gentle, and treated me with respect. I was also concerned about the length of time it would take to get the results as I needed to have them for travel purposes. To my surprise, the test was administered on a Friday and by the following Tuesday, I had my results back... which was great! Finally, there was an issue with my bill and being upset about it I emailed Passport Health right away. Not only did I get a response on a Saturday, the issue was resolved next business morning (thanks to Shelley and Stephanie). I thought the price was high for a visit like this, but overall I was very satisfied with Passport Health Cary and would definitely recommend!"
