"Was dreading this experience, but the facility, process and everyone from check-in to nurses to anesthesiologist were fabulous - so nice, informative and competent. My UNC gastro doc - Dr. Tang, did the procedure, so didn't use any doc there. Check-in was about 2 minutes, called me back for medical info just a few minutes after my 2pm appt., then waited a bit for a bed to open up and they called me back for the rest. I'm a hard IV stick - so the first nurse said she would give it one try and if she didn't get it, would let someone else try. And that is exactly what happened - second one got it. They accommodated me when I asked for the freezing spray to try to help with the IV stick - very nice about it. Once they got the IV and had me ready to go, very short wait time for procedure. Waiting room nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this place."

"I want to make it clear that the one star is not due to the staff they were great. The 1 Star is due to the fact that I was referred to Dr. Melissa Rich MD MPH. I have known Dr. Rich for many years and I am quite comfortable with her and know her to be quite a good Gastroenterologist. When I arrived and got checked in and undressed I find out I have been scheduled with Sarah McGill, MD, Msc. This is not who I was expecting and not who I was familiar with. Furthermore when she comes in to greet me and is made aware of the situation she proceeds to tell me how competent she is. When I say that I still want Dr. Rich she then tells me not to do this again because it messes with her schedule. First off I did not do this. I scheduled with Dr. Rich. Second I also have a busy schedule and the prep beforehand is not pleasant so having to do this all over is not what I would choose."
