"Called this morning (Saturday) and they were able to fit me in. They told me to have the vet send the records and head in. I was taken back within a few minutes and they were so kind and exceptionally fast. Not sure if this was the norm but I honestly expected to be there for hours. Would definitely use them again for an emergency on the weekend."
"Saw my dog promptly as a walk-in and were super sweet the whole time. The vet gave me treatment plan options and discussed longer term steps for each plan. Didn’t push for unnecessary tests and was honest and open about the benefit of tests/scans. They were gentle with my dog and very quick. Once treatment was determined, I had meds and was out the door in 5 minutes. I appreciate their transparency with pricing before and after seeing my dog."
"My cat wasn’t breathing right on a Saturday and I had never been to this vet. I took him multiple times to multiple vets in 3 counties and no one could tell me what was wrong with him. I rushed him to this vet and they put him in an oxygen chamber took X-rays took blood and everything. The doctor came in and showed me the X-rays. My baby had cancer EVERYWHERE and a huge tumor blocking his stomach and pushing on his lungs. He had brain cancer that’s why his nose was always bleeding. I had to put him to sleep and that doctor was so empathetic and comforting. He gave me an hour to be with my baby and let me hold him while he died in my arms. He rapped him up for me so I could take him to get cremated. I seen the dr and two nurses cry a little. I’ve had to put multiple animals down in my life and I’ve never had anyone cry or show emotion. For me that showed that they sincerely care and that makes all the difference. I will bring my animals there with full confidence that they will do right by them. I can’t say enough about this vet. ❤️"
"My mom, Rhonda, took her standard poodle, Beau, to see this clinic after he had an eye accident at the groomers. From the moment they answered the phone when she was on her way to the time they left they were treated as if they were family. Every encounter was a great one, from the front desk to the doctor. Dr. Kidwell assured my mom that Beau was going to be fine and the next day he was so much better! We highly recommend this clinic for any emergency or after hour needs! Thank you so much for your wonderful treatment and kindness!!"
"I wish I could remember everyone's names who helped me with my cat Squeaker today. They vet tech was so so kind. She is a gem to that hospital. I had just been turned away at another clinic, where I was treated horribly. I burst into tears because of her empathy towards me. The vet was just as amazing. She explained everything, finding out she was too sick to continue living. She compassionately euthanized her. The vet was so gentle and they gave me all the time I needed. I'm a client for life. I've worked for vets including animal ER before for 20 years. I know a great clinic when I see one. The receptionist was so kind as well! I think her name was Maria. You all have a special place in my heart."
