"The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to their concept of no human connection in the reception area. Everything is by a kiosk and paper notes. I feel it would be challenging for older folks that may have technology issues or need to speak with someone. The arrival/appointment situation is interesting as they give you a 30 minute window to arrive for your appointment. The lobby was clean and in order. They have coffee, hot tea, water, and juice for you if you want it. I waited 30-40 minutes or so to be called back. Compared to other places that was not a bad wait time. I was feeling so bad I just enjoyed the quiet. The ladies were all nice and efficient. The NP Bree was accurate in her diagnosis, and quick to prescribe what I needed along with a shot. She was easy to talk to and I liked her very much. The cost of everything I had done was cheaper than my primary! That was impressive! I’ll go back again when I can’t get into my Dr. All in all it was quite pleasant!"
"My sick visit at MainStreet Family Care was very pleasant. I found scheduling the visit online and kiosk check-in very simple. The waiting room, restroom, exam room and X-ray room were all very clean and neat. All of the staff were very pleasant and thorough. The PA that I saw was very knowledgeable and addressed my concerns in a very professional manner. The time from checking in throughthe kiosk, and leaving was about an hour. It was slowed a bit because I needed a breathing treatment. My husband and I will return to MainStreet Family Care should we need urgent care again."
"Great experience at this facility. Brought husband in bc he had felt bad for several days. Checked in at kiosk and waited about 45 min to be called back. All of the staff and provider were very friendly and thorough. Ran the test they needed and results were back in the time frame stated. Provider sent the needed medications to our pharmacy and we were out the door in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using this group again when the need arises."
"I made a reservation online for my 1 year old for an ear infection. At the time of reservation it said 4 hour wait time. I kept checking as I was waiting for a text to come check in and the wait time never changed. An hour later, I got a text they were ready. Once I got there I waited 4 hours to be seen. We are self pay and at check in it was $129. Later to find out, they include all tests in the price regardless if you need them or not. This was frustrating because I would’ve gone elsewhere to avoid those costs. Anyway, we waited 4 hours and they did prescribe antibiotics that were quickly sent to the pharmacy. The staff was very nice even with how busy they were. With being the day after Christmas, I understand it being busy, but they should not send texts to people to let them know it’s time to come in if you’re going to be waiting hours. They also don’t send a text to let you know where you are in line so we were not able to wait in the car as they just came out to call the name. The Dr. said it usually isn’t that busy, but I’m going to be nervous to try back."
"Very pleased with our visit. Was able to have a same day appointment for my daughter and the wait wasn't terrible even though I checked in late. (The two kiosks were tied up by persons having trouble checking in when I arrived) I had made our appointment online and only needed to enter a code to check in. Seems to be the way to go. The staff were very friendly and took good care of my daughter making her feel at ease."
