Wow! I was so appreciative and impressed with Elizabeth!"

"My doctor is Dr Lim and I think he is excellent. I needed a refill on my medication and I called their office, got a recording and left a message. Amanda called me within 3 minutes and took care of it immediately. I'm very pleased with their practice."

"Need kidney stone removed. Saw Dr who said it needed to come ASAP. Scheduler called & said it would be about 3 weeks. I advised of what the dr told me & she said she would check again and call me back. Called back & said it was the only appt. I asked for the dr or his nurse & she stated she spoke with them & it was fine to wait. I'm throwing up several times a day ... in tremendous pain & can't hold my food & drinks down, causing me to stay dehydrated. Idk if it was this scheduler or the dr/nurse but regardless it's Friday after hours now & they're closed for holidays Monday. So it looks like I'll be visiting an ER again this weekend for relief. Will not be back!!! My health is a priority for me, but the staff could care less."
