"I am disappointed with the lack of communication from the care team. Despite numerous attempts, both by phone and email, my efforts to reach out have been met with complete silence. This unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also concerning, as it compromises the trust and reliability one expects in a care relationship. Immediate improvement in communication channels is essential for providing the support and assistance needed."

"Arrived for appt. Sent to wrong floor. Back to correct floor (where I started.) Had already completed e- check-in and shown to room ~5 minutes after scheduled visit. Sitting in exam room for 50 minutes, no one checked in or updated me on wait. When Dr. Garcia arrived, flippant about delay. Really bad scheduling and really bad service. Don't recommend."

"So I am a very punctual person. I am normally 10 to 15 minutes early. So today I had an 2:50 appointment w/ J Riboh. I called the office around 2:30 because I noticed the roads were on a one way situation. I called to say the latest I would be at office would be 3:10pm. I received a call at 2:55 asking when would I be arriving, again I said no later than 3:10. I was told you may have to reschedule, I said if I will need to reschedule them that needs to be done now over the phone before I show up. So to make a long story short, I'm in the parking lot at 3:03. The first level is for the doctors. I had to park on the third level. I walk in and I'm standing at check out. It's 3:07pm. The first lady just looks at me,the other chick was talking to another worker. So the moral of the story is I was 2 minutes late and was told to reschedule. That is the worse customer service I've ever received. I used to think so highly of orthocarolina,used to recommend people to go to them. This place no longer has my support"

You are such a great doctor, you are in the right field you put love in your Work your conversations are awesome you Lights up my heart when u smile you are the best after all these years I have been trying to find someone to get my knee better And you were there the whole time God bless you and your family. "I very rarely post 5 star reviews but this place has been great to me. Listened to ALL of my worries and questions. I had been denied care by Naval medicine for my hip for 2 years in constant pain. Dr. Dabowski and his team got me into surgery and immediately fixed the issue. I also wanted to thank the kind female blonde x ray tech that handled my service dog during my x rays with such professionalism! Plus, my service dog absolutely adores Dr. Dabowski and I trust anyone my dog trusts. I was in great hands here."
