"The front desk staff is very rude, specifically the lady with the short blonde haircut. They talked about me like I wasn’t there. And then told me that the doctor is no longer here and I should’ve received a phone call (no record of the call). I responded that I can just cancel the appointment and the lady responded “there’s no appointment to cancel I just told you the doctor is no longer here.”"

When it was my turn, I was impressed with the knowledge and confidence of my technician. The Dr. Washington was patient and explained what was going on with my eyes in great detail. The young lady who assisted me when choosing my frames had a wonderful personality and was exceptionally helpful. I will be returning and I will recommend this office to anyone.
