I landed back at CEENTA after a couple other plastic surgeons wanted to completely change the look of my nose. Dr. Greywoode was always so kind and gentle with me, and really listened to what I actually wanted. I’m 1 week post op today and so thrilled with my results!"

"This review is in regards to Dr. Greywoode, but also the office staff at the Uptown location; particularly Ashley. I have had sinus issues the entirety of life, and have had prior surgeries to improve the function of my sinuses and nose, but I knew I had a persistent issue with my septum. I had a big medical year, so I sought out an answer to my problem. I met Dr. Greywoode in Q4 of this year and had my septoplasty before the end of the year. Ashley was exceptionally considerate of both my timeline and insurance constraints when booking me for surgery. Dr. Greywoode has been compassionate and kind, while still demonstrating competence in his craft. I was concerned about the appearance of my nose changing; I wanted the function to improve, but wasn't seeking any aesthetic changes. Dr. Greywoode was mindful of this and also prepared me with realistic expectations. Recovery has been unpleasant at times, but I have felt supported and well-monitored at my post-op appointments. I would recommend Dr. Greywoode and his team to anyone seeking an otolaryngologist, for medical or aesthetic surgeries."

"The staff was great in this office. I saw Dr. Gigliotti for a second opinion about an alleged hearing loss in my right ear. I was trying to figure out the root cause of it. For some reason, He could not explain why, even after a recommendation to have an MRI done, which I did. I'm a hairdresser, and I am around people every day. I never have issues hearing people and never ask people to repeat themself. I also do not have hearing loss in my family, which I told him about. All of the questions concerning hearing loss were non-applicable to me. Despite all the MRI results and all the questions, I answered and paid over thousands of dollars. He still recommended having a hearing aid without stating why he believed that I was losing hearing on that side. I don't think I needed a hearing aid. I could have gotten it if I needed it because I deal with people daily. I don't think I was heard during my appointments with him."
