"Waited weeks, then denied a referral (a textbook infectious disease case). Gave no reason for the denial, provided no guidance on who to see instead. Office staff and the manager were snide, rude, and had no interest in helping. This practice is a complete embarrassment to the medical community."

"I see the same doctor every visit and she is amazing. The office staff, however, are extremely ghetto and unprofessional. They act like they’re working at a call center or a used car lot. You all are dealing with peoples health. No one is calling for fun. Do better. The office staff is pathetic at this location. I tired to call to find out who I should contact about the pain that I’m in and the receptionist started laughing over (obviously to the people in her background) the phone without allowing me the chance to fully explain my confusion and why I was calling."

Drs go on vacation with coverage that let’s things slip through the cracks. Other physician communications go unread or not acted upon while the patient gets worse. Extraordinarily unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider."
