"Very helpful experience and valuable tools to improve my marriage. She offered an emergency session on a Sunday to help us sort through some things and even allowed our children to watch a movie in the waiting area. She was very flexible when we had to keep rescheduling due to childcare issues. I appreciate her genuineness and ability to address my own personal struggles that were impacting my marriage in a compassionate way. I wish she had more late evening appointments but she is always willing to work with you."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment with them online and received 2 automated confirmation emails as well as a text message asking me confirm my appointment the day prior. When it came time for the appointment, I was completed ghosted. I did not receive an email with the link for virtual visit, I called 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed them and still nothing. Never heard back from them. It was completely unprofessional and a big waste of my time. I could have been seen by another therapist durning this time, now I have to start all over. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I was referred to this therapist from ACI specialist through my husbands work. I followed the link and was admitted into the therapy sites website- I waited for 20 minutes, ultimately for her not to show up. I emailed and called and have yet to hear a response or an apology for the missed appointment. I am sad for the people who truthfully need intense counseling services to get ready/build up the nerve to even go to counseling & to be stood up by this lady. I have a good friend who attempted to use Ms. Moore-quarles services a few months back and the same thing happened to her- two missed appointments. I would not bother booking with Ms. Moore-Quarles and would look else where. I will be going somewhere else."

"Mrs. Quarles is one of the most genuinely kindest, nicest and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever had. Both myself and my daughter have been seeing her for the past year. She offered very valuable solutions to extremely difficult situations that we are dealing with. Her transparency in sharing how she was able to navigate very difficult situations similar to the ones I am facing has been life changing for us. I don’t feel like I’m being judged, she makes me feel so regular and human. I am not one who really feels the most comfortable in opening up about things, but because she is so relatable, I’ve been able to open up more so that I can stay on my journey for wellness. I highly recommend her If you truly need help facing whatever obstacles in your life..."

"I had four sessions scheduled with the therapist and each time there was an issue with timing. She was either rescheduling a session day before or day of, arriving late or starting session late, or canceling minutes before the session. I believe life happens and we aren’t perfect; however, professionalism is always expected and should be a given. I tolerated most of the unprofessional habits until she disappointed me beyond measure. I had an appointment scheduled at 5pm wherein I was in the waiting area at 4:50pm. At 4:55pm, I received a text from her stating she went home sick. Here is my issue, when the decision to leave was made, every client for the day should have been contacted and notified their appointment was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. It is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate to a client’s emotional/mental well-being to cancel five minutes before a session. If it was the other way around, the client would have been charged for the session with no ands, ifs, or buts. At this point, I did not expect much else from her as she showed me her lack thereof. I responded to her text sharing my concerns and terminating services. The next day she responded, “I understand. I wish you the best.” From my experience, any one in business would try to make the situation right or at the least apologize for how they may have impacted you. I did not receive any of that. I debated typing this review, but I wanted to make the next person aware of the lack of professionalism they may experience. I rated it 2 stars as she does deserve credit for the helpful therapy she did provide."
