"Margot is AWESOME and this is coming from someone who was resistant to anything involving needles. We talked about why I was in, she identified that she could not only help the tingling in my left trapezius, but could also had an exercise to help my needle phobia. I fully expected the exercise to not work and it worked like a charm! During (and since) the exercise I was deliberately trying to freak myself out by imagining the worst needle related acts I could fathom…and nothing. It’s crazy. All of this and I’ve still said nothing about the fact that it would appear she fixed the problem in one session. This is after a full year of chiropractic treatments and being told each time by my chiropractor that I should try acupuncture. Since May, I’ve been getting deep pressure massages every week, as well. I should’ve done this a year ago and I’m happy I finally did it! I’d highly recommend Margo to anyone looking to fix an ailment."
"Margot has treated my family for many years. I go once a month for dose of Margot. Yes she is passionate but it's better than indifference from traditional medicine. I believe in herbs, acupuncture and the philosophy of Chinese medicine. If you're searching for help outside the norm then be open and honest if not then it's your loss. The name of the place should give you a hint."
"I've been to Whitespire 3 times in 5-6 years for sever neck pain. A quick backstory: For the last 15ish years I will randomly get a sever "Crick" in my neck. When it happens I know I'm in for at least a week of pain. The pain is enough to make me question driving (I can't turn my head) and also makes my desk job miserable. First, I tried the normal over the counter gels, icepacks, braces and heating pads. Almost no help. Then I tried chiropractors (4-5 times total) that ended up giving me very little to zero reprieve. During one of my "episodes" my wife causally mentioned that I should try acupuncture. I sort of laughed it off until later that day when I had to hold my head with my hand because my muscles were so sore my neck couldn't. Booked an appointment that same day with Margot. 1st appointment I would say it felt 70% better by the time I got in the car to leave. I was shocked. 2nd time (about a year later) around 40ish% 3rd time (Today) about 60% I have no idea how it works, or why it works, but it does for me. If you are having neck pain- Give it a try. It's worth a shot. I will say though- Margot is very happy to discuss alternative medicine and diets of all kinds, so if you aren't into discussing that sort of thing- I'd make it known upfront. She is always very thoughtful in conversation about it, but she is passionate. I'll be back necks time! :)"
"Before I get started, if you're not open to doing your work from a holistic standpoint that focuses on addressing childhood trauma then this may not be the place for you. If you're ready to address some truly deep & often suppressed trauma, this is the place. I receive acupuncture & had my first hypnosis session. The acupuncture so far is helping with the discomfort in my neck, pain in my elbow & pins & needles feeling in my fingers. The hypnosis was very telling. It's hard to really capture the words. But I will say to be able to connect to your inner child & allow him/her to speak unlocks years of untruths, misconceptions & a lot of other things. It's a truly holistic approach. I walk out feeling free & lighter, not feeling anxiety or the need to do anything other than just be present. One of my biggest take away is that if you don't deal with trauma it will deal with you by showing itself through your decisions, thought processes & the way you go through life-all ruled & influenced by trauma. Then you find yourself in a pool of toxic relationships & situations, establishing the perfect breeding ground for sickness (mental & physical). This is very real. So I reiterate, if you aren't ready you can walk away feeling it was all for nothing. I was ready for this growth & I walk away with so much."
"5 stars is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Margot is a literal healer. In every sense of the word! I went to her with SEVERE trauma in the body, and a lot weighing on my mind.. From the first visit I could feel how much space she holds for her clients. She will definitley tell you how it is, so if you're not ready for that- I would suggest doing some work beforehand. But she is seriously so good. I have stored trauma in my hips especially for 20 plus years that after the third visit ( I was doing this and massage as well ) I was able to release some of it- and shocker alert, my hip shrunk in size! Just as she said it would during our initial consultation. We hold onto so much in the body. It doesn't forget- so seeing a physical release on top of the mental I already felt was just even more confirmation of the work. She is a goldmine of knowledge and information. I could talk to her for hours! From my first visit I knew she was the real deal.. She has made me realize things months of therapy couldn't, just from sitting with me and observing my energy. I could go on and on about her practice. But I'll leave with this- trust your intuition. You're not reading this review for nothing. Give her a call- see if you're not as amazed by the end of your first session! Margot- thank you for all you do!"
