Reviews of Center For Emotional Health - Southpark
"I am very happy with this office. Fantastic and caring staff. I have a great Dr."
"Profits over people is what the name of this conglomerate it should be. When you have over 40 locations and most of them in prominent wealthy areas, lots of posts about being overcharged but more than that the patient relationships with their providers are terrible.. According to indeed recently the front desk that makes $15 an hour doesn’t have a clue what they are doing or not could they care. If you’re in Healthcare and you have no compassion you should just leave your job NOW and exit immediately don’t waste peoples time. And the staff turnover rate is more than you change your underwear in most cases You won’t be mean prescribed anything to help you but probably make you worse then when you came to them. If you run out of medication, they could care less. Especially if it’s a Child, they really don’t care! They say they’ll call back and they never call the right phone number somehow they refused to get medical records so they wouldn’t even know what you’re on coming from at prior facility or doctors and that’s why they don’t care what medicines you are on or have been on, they just want to write for what they get a kick back from!! For example, pharmaceutical companies bring in products that they then give to children to try and conceive its gonna be great when it’s a fancy package with garbage medication inside. My child is now on their six medication in less then 3 months as a patient and is getting worse. It’s taken a toll on the entire family’s health. But that might be their goal at CEH to get the entire family’s health and ruined so they can make as much money billing as many insurances as possible. The goals at CEH are pathetic just like the staff and doctors empathetic they’re just there for their check."
"Excellent experience start to finish. Everyone was very professional and kind and I got the help I needed. They took the time to not only ask the right questions but get to know me before just throwing a medication at me and shoving me out the door. I look forward to my next visit."
"I've had extremely good care and therapy at this location since late January of 2022. They are attentive, professional, caring, and kind. I highly recommend this facility."
"I stopped liking this place after they switched my provider twice without notifying me. It seems like they use PAs who are trying to acquire clinical hours, so they never stick around for too long. Anyways, today I had a 4:30 appointment that I knew I was running a few minutes late for. I called ahead and asked if I should still make the drive across town, and they told me it was fine and that I had a 5 minute grace period. I ran into the building at 4:36, and they refused to see me because the provider leaves for the day at 4:45. If it was only a 15-minute appointment, why couldn’t they do a phone consult? I used PTO and spent an hour driving. You can only imagine how annoyed I was when I saw the provider in the parking lot at 4:42 (12 minutes after the initial apt time). Makes it seems like she wanted to get off a few minutes early. Fortunately, I have enough medicine to get me by, but I’m planning on finding a new, consistent provider ASAP."
