"I called and asked if they were in network with BCBS and was told yes. I saw the nurse practitioner on two visits in December 2019. Never even saw doctor which was disappointing but It was the end of the year and my deductible with my insurance was paid so I knew I would only be responsible for 20% of bill. Almost a year later, I got a bill for $400, which was the total amount submitted they submitted to insurance. I called BCBS and they told me they were out of network. I call the office and was told that the nurse practitioner was out of network and it was their error but the doctor was in network so they would change coding and resubmit it to BCBS. Now October 2021, insurance continues to say that they are out of network and they keep saying they are in network. I offered numerous times to pay the 20% I was responsible for but they continued to insist that I owed more so they sent my bill for the full $400 to collections. After months and months of numerous calls desperately trying to explain the issue to the doctors office and to the insurance, I was so upset and stressed, my husband intervened. He had a three way call in July with the woman in the office we had been dealing with and the insurance company. The insurance said this was no fault of ours and finally the woman in the office agreed. The woman at the office finally got it and did a 360 and apologized and promised she would stop the collections until they had this resolved. I just pulled my credit and the collection was never stopped in July and shows on my credit report as derogatory and lowered my credit score!!Now October 2021, almost 2 years later, there has still been no resolution and not my credit is ruined. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors bill. First and only negative mark I have had on my credit in my 50 years!"
"Dr.Giallanza is amazing. has been my doctor for 4 years and he's nice and calm and listens to you. he respects you, and gives a lot of option on your health. would like to receive emails back when written on the website. but a very nice practice and calm place."

I have been with his practice for the past five years, and Dr. G always takes his time with all his patients, and gives you the best care. He stays up to date with the most current medicine and takes great care of all his patients. I can't say enough great things about his office and staff."
"Not a fan. Doctor is very smart, however did not cover entire issue I was having. He prescribed a very high priced medicine ($700+) when other, more affordable options were available. I had to bring up "should I get an MRI" to him, and the other affordable options. Receptionists take their time to get back to you and sometimes don't ever return your message. I would recommend seeing someone else."
