"I came here for an MRI scan, and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly. I had a glitch with my HSA card and had to call the card provider to rectify the issue, which they were really patient with me on that. Now, the MRI machine was on a mobile trailer outside the main building, which, for a big provider like orthocarolina, I didn't think that was welcoming. Secondly, the MRI Machine had some issues highering and sending me into the machine for the actual scanning, it failed 4 times and after the technicians troubleshooting I finally was in there and I kept on worrying during the entire time of the scan if the results will even be accurate (the machine not being able to send me in with the push of a button) after spending such money Out of pocket for the scan. So, Orthocarolina, please, it looked like that was a known issue with the MRI scanning Machine, you guys should do something about it. Before sooner than later you all, you will all start producing inaccurate results to patients."
