FastMed Urgent Care

"This location is the worse one I have been too. Visited due to my child being sick and this was the closet office. Representative had a rude tone making us aware they were on break (no notice on the door). Also was refused service for a sick child due to Copay which must be a FastMed specific only policy and not required by my insurance company and/or other urgent care or specialist offices. **** Update: Left message for someone to call me back and never received a call. Also confirmed they can not refuse service if I do not copay as I was able to visit another urgent care the next day with no issues."

"First time visit very very impressed with services, atmosphere, and staff. When I ever need urgent care this will be my go to facility. Would like to thank Ms. M at front desk for her excellent service, MA "R" have a lot in common we are birthday twins very professional, and PA she was straight to the purpose of your visit. She get you in and out in no time. Reason for visit was Drug Screening and DOT Health Screening on 10/31/23.Thank you all for excellent service! See you guys in near future!"

"The staff was very helpful and professional. At many urgent care clinics I feel like they are not really listening to my concerns, and that was not the case at all here. There was a long wait time, but this was due to it being a Saturday and high volume of clients. I was able to check in online and wait until they were ready for me to go in. I would recommend this clinic."

"Probably the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Went in experiencing projectile vomiting and inability to hold down food. There was no one there, and it still took 20 minutes to be seen. Another 15 minutes to get my vitals done, and then another 15 minutes to see the nurse practitioner. Nurse spent a total of three minutes with me, listening to my stomach, and ultimately saying that I had gastritis. She seemed ready to go home and at one point when I asked about an IV (by this time it was 4:40 and I had come in at 3:50) she told me that they were closing in 10 minutes and they couldn’t do it, even though I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t hold food down. Go here to get a Band-Aid put on, but I wouldn’t expect much more out of them, nor trust them with my health"
