"I was seen by Rachel Stone, PA and she was the worst provider I have ever encountered. Walked in and said “do you know what’s wrong with you?”. I’m sorry - what?! That’s why I’m here. I know what my symptoms are but that’s it! She did not lay a hand on me or examine me in any way yet CHARTED THAT SHE DID. Example: sinus tenderness being absent. Actually my sinuses are a mess but she wouldn’t know because she never actually checked. The entire progress note was made up. All I got was an MRI referral (which she told me would show nothing). My PCP already offered an MRI referral but suggested I see ENT first as a less invasive route. What a total waste. I’ve been a medical provider for over 12 years and people like Rachel Stone are dangerous. I WILL be calling the practice manager and NC medical board about this experience."

"Dr. Punjabi is a great doctor, saved my eye, and if the review was just him, 5 stars...but the office is as described, I have to come yearly, since 2015 and every year I wait longer and longer, over an hour+ each and every time, My regular eye check up at Horizon does the exact same thing, and it usually is in and out within 45 minutes. I don't get it, place isn't that busy either."

"They stopped accepting my insurance and did not follow through with helping me finding another specialist despite my requests. Very frustrating experience."

"Had our 13 month old in to be seen by Dr. Jabbour. He found nothing wrong, and said he was putting in an urgent referral to a gastroenterologist. We've waited and waited, called the office several times, nobody could tell us who the referral was put in to so we could call the office to schedule. I finally found the name of the doctor, and called their office. No referral. It has now been a month. Another month gone. Horrible treatment by yet another Healthcare practice that has no intention of actually practicing Healthcare."

"The doctors that we've seen are great but their assistants' level of communication needs improvement. A miscommunication on the part of Dr. Silver's assistant has pushed my son's surgery back an additional 3-4 weeks. I was told that I'd be responsible for a significant portion of the surgery upfront and then was surprised the week before surgery with an additional $800+ charge that had to be paid on top of the initial amount I was told. I love the doctors but I'd go elsewhere in the future."
