She is condescending, rude, apathetic, with a terrible bedside manor. She may be very knowledgeable about Alzheimer’s with dementia theoretically, but we are real people living with it and being looked down on by the professional we’re seeking help from. Apparently Novant currently has no memory care specialist since Dr Pippenger left. Very disappointing. We will be searching for a new provider"
