"Rude woman at front desk. This could be a nice location but needs better organization and customer service skills on how to treat people as they enter the office. That's not what I expected from Ortho Carolina."

"My therapist was great but the back office team that manages approvals etc is just terrible. Could never get approvals done on time, there was no follow-up by the office, typically by the time you get approval it is too late to get an appointment ( since approval is expiring). This happened several times. Not sure why they can’t ever improve this process. So overall pretty frustrating to work with them."

"Certainly would not go here again. Not happy with billing, therapist, Nice that the therapist can't remember what they are billing for.etc.....so don't reply with a 844 number.
