"Awful experience. Went in for a COVID test. Was told by Zemelia Miller it was covered by my insurance and later received a bill. She proceeded to test me for the flu - again saying it was fully covered by my insurance. I received a bill with 3 charges: office visit, COVID and flu test. Called minute clinic to express my frustration and they pretty much told me it was my fault for taking her word? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place."
"Was told I would be called with my test results 2-3 days after my appointment, I was never called and then took matters into my own hands and called myself. Waited on the phone for 30+ minutes and still did not reach anyone. Horrible customer service/phone experience, still no results that I was promised, after confirming with the nurse I had I would get a call regardless of the results. Frustrating and a waste of time."
"I went to the minute clinic with a clogged ear. The PA I saw, Zemelia Miller, not only misdiagnosed me, but she was extremely condescending for the duration of my visit - even going so far as to say “I hope that you don’t actually drink more than 4 drinks in a week because that would be binge drinking.” And I can’t even get into her hatred for coffee drinking. The Ear specialist I saw two days later said that had I not had a hunch that she was off and come to see him, I could have permanently lost my hearing in one ear. Heed this warning: going to the minute clinic with ear issues can prove disastrous. Please avoid - your health and well-being deserve professional care. And no matter what your ailment, don’t go see this PA. She will only talk down to you rather than focus on the purpose of your visit. Total waste of money for the visit and bogus allergy prescriptions."
"So I went here for strep throat-like symptoms. The lady who helped me (Zermelia, I believe was her name. Ill call her Z). The wait was reasonable; about one hour so a lot quicker than urgent care and emergency room. There were appointments before me and I was a walk in so I wasn’t mad about that. Z was extremely helpful and when my strep came up negative she offered some STD testing instead, only to realize she didn’t have the supplies to do it. I told her I was worried about having to pay another fee to be seen ($140) because it would involve me having to go to a different minute clinic and starting another evaluation. She offered me some free clinic info and sent me on my way. About 30 minutes later she called me and told me she found two different clinics that could take me for the same day for the STD testing. I really appreciated her going the extra mile because I knew she could tell I didn’t want to spend that extra money on another visit. Honestly, she went above and beyond and I really appreciate her doing that! I highly recommend this clinic if you are having minor cold symptoms, but be aware that they do not do elaborate test, so it’s better to go to a CVS minute clinic that is labeled a Health hub. The one on SouthPark/ Carmel drive is. Thank you so much for all your help Z!"
"Made an appointment and arrived to see they were closed lol I was here before 2 times, the nurses were nice and polite though"
