"I'm not sure who trained their support staff but they're one of the worst I've come across. In no particular order...my husband made an August appointment in March - they waited until the DAY OF his appointment to tell him insurance hadn't approved his treatment. His insurance company approved it that day but it took us to contact the insurance company ourselves to get the authorization number. Their incompetence pushed him out over a week for cancer treatment. They ordered bloodwork with "results in 48 hours'. We're now at 96 hours. No result or update yet. Called Dr. Brown's medical assistant for help-got her voice mail stating she doesn't return calls for 48 to 72 hours and her voicemail was full. Called front desk to try and get help. was on hold over 10 minutes before getting and answer. Cassie transferred me to someone who would help and the phone rang, rang, and rang. Finally someone picked up the line and hung up. RUN. Do not walk away from this office. Their incompetence and lack of care from support staff is astounding. They put my husband's health at risk because of how bad they are."
