"I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I was nervous because I have not broken a bone or fractured anything since I was a kid. Steve Russo took his time to explain the details of my situation and when I left I felt like everything will be just fine, he made me feel like he genuinely wants to see me have the best outcome and explained everything with care. Rachel at the front was amazing juggling check ins and making you feel welcomed considering the circumstance and Radiology was the best ever. So happy this is where I am being cared for during my healing time."

"What an enormous waste of time. Literally turned away for care for an ACL tear, even though the website claims that they can address ligament issues at this Urgent Care. Not true. They do not. I even called ahead to make sure we could get care. All we wanted was an order for an MRI. In addition to this sad example of the state of healthcare, the person that took us back could not have cared any less about us or the severe pain my wife was in. Update: Spoke with the office manager who communicated that they CAN in fact order an MRI through Urgent Care. She, as well as a different clinician that treated us during a second visit normal business hours, were wonderful listeners and very helpful. Both were more in line with the great care we’ve come to expect from OrthoCarolina. She communicated that they would talk to the person who originally “helped” us."
