"BEWARE of PAC Ashley Morgan Dibbert/Ashley Dibbert Flye she fabricates and falsifies medical records. She is an obvious and ridiculous liar and disturbing provider. She is immoral, unethical and unprofessional. I had an appointment with her once on July 7th 2023. I have a voice recording of the whole appointment and what she wrote took place and discussed during visit that has nothing to do with what the visit was for and what either of us said. She even said on notes I remained in office for over 60 minutes after appointment ended discussing problem list and that never happened, she never let me know she was adding all the things she did to the problem list. I didn’t find out until sometime after the appointment and never saw her again since my appointment. And you can hear on my recording from the time she introduced herself, was done talking to me and I was at next appointment a total of 9 minutes elapsed, talking about referral to Endocrinology for Hypothyroidism not all the things she wrote on visit notes. On top of this she also added several diagnosis on my chart that I never had been diagnosed with in my life on that day I saw her on July 7 2023. These diagnosis included many things unrelated to any of my medical care including a list of cognitive disorders, mood disorders, mental health disorders, sleep paralysis, and a whole bunch more of the craziest things that don’t exist in my medical care or have anything to do with what is in any of my medical records. For over 6 months so far she and Lakeside Family Denver have blatantly been misrepresenting the facts of the situation including what the situations are and what the amendment request I made was even about to justify her actions all over 1 appointment I had with her over a referral to Endocrinology for my Hypothyroidism and TSH labs. Ashley and her administrators claim this information came from another provider and that the information came from elsewhere. Other Novant Health providers outside of Lakeside Denver have shown me on their system that Ashley did in fact add those and without information. Information wasn’t sent to her by anywhere to support her diagnosis which is why she can’t provide where it came from. Also because no information of being diagnosed with any of those things by anyone exists since I was born. She claims information came from VA or DOD or somewhere else and I checked everywhere. Also asked her to show she even got anything from anywhere and she’s got nothing. Now every after visit summary shows all the problem lists she added as active problems no matter where I go. And failures in amending this random and made up information completely not relating to my appointment with her or anything to do with my medical care is delaying me being able to move forward on giving my attorneys release of my medical records for a prelitigation claim on an injury and property damage suit since September with over 100k in receipts so far and growing every week."

"Novant Health is back with great medical care. Having been unhappy with my Doctor I was seriously thinking of going over to Atrium. Hover when I learned that my PCM was leaving I decided to give them a chance with his replacement. Both Dr Daniel Barnes and PA Ashley Frye are two of the best Medical Practitioners I have ever had reason to deal with. They listen to you, ask very succinct questions and are both caring and friendly. They quickly put a patient at ease snd in a short time realize they ate giving care that is just exactly what is needed. They listen to the patient's thoughts and ideas without dismissing them. Definitely a great experience that I have and would recommend either one with a 110% positive rsting."
