"I came in sick, my head hurt, and Congested. I told the lady I was also nursing and my child is 2 months old. She told me to take any type of over counterdrug, not to listen to instructions keep taking it for 6 weeks smh. You know I'm not listening to that, but just Imagine a younger mother who doesn't know better. I really wish I would had recorded our conversation because it was crazy what she said to me. On top of that, they did nothing. They had no covid test or rsv test. I wasted 4 hours on Christmas Eve."
"Been here several times and I’ve always been pleased with the nurses and doctors. Quick and want to get you feeling better fast. They hear your concerns. Other urgent cares in the area totally miss the mark compared to this one. Thank you!"
"Why do I have to lie to get tested for covid and get a note for my job because I already tested a home the day before. So my sister in-law came in right after me and I told her not to say you already tested act like you don't know you have it because they won't help you. So she did and they gave her a work note for 5 days and a test(after they told me they just used the last one ha ha). Both of our symptoms started the same day she took a test before me two days later I test positive. But where im going with this is I told the truth and she lied and bad behavior got rewarded! And now I have to go to work sick bc they wanna pick and choose."
"No patient should ever be treated the way I was today! The lack of compassion from the medical staff is beyond words! First, the doctor spoke very fast and vaguely discussed my treatment options for bronchitis/pneumonia. I I didn’t even get the opportunity to ask about side effects. was quickly dismissed without having the time to think about which medication would be best for my symptoms. The doctor even recommended an antibiotic that is on my allergy list! The service is so fast, that the doctor doesn’t even pay attention to the fine details like medications the patient cannot take. I went back in today to change the antibiotic due to the side effects. The nurse was very abrasive and said « I don’t know when the doctor will send it to the pharmacy! The doctor is a very busy man! » Such lack of care! The thing is, I have experienced the same treatment with this nurse in the past. Nothing has changed. I am never coming back to this location. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, passion, and respect."
"Disheartened with how staff treats patients. I was visiting family in NC and fell very dehydrated, my mother called ahead and asked if they could give an IV; they said yes and to come in as soon as possible. I arrived and the receptionist acted as if my mother never called but later in conversation accidentally slipped and had “some” of my information, she said the doctor is not available. Confused, I just started giving my information for a walk-in. Minutes later a very brash nurse asked to speak to me away for everyone and looked me straight in the face and told me they do NOT offer IVs. I told the nurse I was really sick and needed to see someone, she just blankly stared at me. Luckily, who I was with knew the doctor and he walked up as his nurse had turned us away and he asked what was wrong, I told him and he said he would get me on an IV, completely contradicting the lie the nurse told. I went back saw the doctor he prescribed an anti-nausea shot that was suppose to make it “impossible” to throw up on. I asked if he could give an IV, he said he didn’t believe I needed one. They gave the shot, we waited the 15 minutes in the office and at that point I felt NO relief and felt like I needed to vomit. They said nothing and just sent me home. I got to my families house and vomited 3 more times and decided to go to the ER and was given 2 IVs by the doctor due to serve dehydration and C02 level at an 8. This Atrium location was quick to try to turn me away but even quicker on sending out that invoice."
