Reviews
"Excellent staffing, appointment set easily. Easy to find. Dr. P. handled a toe problem efficiently and explained the issue and how it happens. I was very pleased how clearly she answered my questions."
"The staff are always friendly and Dr p is really good, she has helped me in the past with planters fasciitis in my left foot and I recently seen her with extreme pain in my right foot and amazingly it feels better already! I am really pleased with the great service and care they provide. Doesn’t take long to get an appointment and reasonable prices."
"My review is for making an appointment for a new patient. Horrible and rude experience just trying to make an appointment. I had been on and off the phone with the front desk all day trying to schedule an appointment using a referral, even though my insurance does not require a referral. I already had a referral that was faxed to this podiatry group, but at first the front desk claimed they had not received it. On another phone call to the front desk I was told the referral was received, but was blank. I had the referral faxed over probably 3-4 times before I called again to confirm that it was received. On the next call I was cut off by a different person and told once the referral is received that someone would contact me to make an appointment, this is when I explained that I was trying to confirm that they received my information since last time I was told it was “blank”. The person who cut me off just laughed and said they did received it and will call me to make an appointment soon. The referral was for a foot fracture and I wouldn’t be able to be seen in their office for another 4 days. I have two babies that depend on me, to not be able to walk for another few days before my appointment. I ended up canceling the appointment once I found a podiatry group that could get me in sooner. Seems like there is a better alternative to having a patient play middle man all day. It’s also very unprofessional to cut someone off who is only trying to explain a situation. Again, I ended up canceling my appointment and cannot attest to the physicians at this location. However, the front desk’s customer service needs work."
"Yesterday was my first visit with Dr Crabtree. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to listen to me describe the pain I was having. After a simple physical exam, he knew just what he needed to do to get me back on my feet - literally, without the pain. His injection process is very tolerable and I return in 2 weeks to see how I've progressed. Thank you for your kindness and expertise in top-notch foot care!"
