He understood and made me feel confident and at ease. He did my utereroscopy and then removed my stent a week later. He’s dedicated and focused to getting you better. He is also smiling and happy all the time. High energy in a confident way. Highly recommend! I’m thankful for him and his team!"

"Impossible to contact, not a care in the world about their patients. The Government is ran better than this place. I went get for a simple kidney stone to be looked at. However, with the mismanagement of this place I’m surprised they didn’t give me a prostate exam from how awful this experience has been. Doctors get paid too much too give out worse customer service than a $5 stripper."

"Incompetent to say the least. My mother had several kidney stones that went untreated for weeks by this practice. Dr. Stiff was hesitant to help in any way. She finally had to have a surgery to break them up. She went in again for peeing big clots and they found an infection. They prescribed her the wrong antibiotics. She has been in so much pain. The care here is very sad."

"Impossible to contact, not a care in the world once you finally get through via another office. Odd hours not posted. I was told the days they work this location only to show up and them not be there. No incoming phone line. You have to contact another office etc etc. the Dr was great, the office staff was horrible."

"I've called them multiple times and left multiple messages. My referring doctor has called and waited to talk to a human multiple times. They never answer the phone and they never call back."
