"I saw Dr. Costa to get established with a new doctor before conceiving since I have PCOS. He came in the room and coldly said “what do you need from me?” I explained what I was there for. He then kept his eyes closed the entire time talking to me and then opened them and looked at me and said “sorry I’m trying not to fall asleep talking to you I was up all night” then he told me the only way with PCOS to get pregnant is to lose weight. Lol he didnt seem to care that I was on fertility meds from my previous doctor who put me on them because he said they usually don’t work and I just needed to lose weight. I only changed my doctors because I live an hour away from my previous doctor and the hospital id be delivering at is only 45 mins away rather than an hour. I’m not sure I’ll be going back to Carolina OBGYN after seeing Dr. costa. He should not be pa try of this practice in my opinion."

"This place is it to deliver a baby! My whole Experience from start to finish was so positive. Anytime I called with an issue they brought me in immediately to be checked out. They never made me feel silly or dumb with any of my questions. Everyone from the front desk people, nurses and the doctors are so kind. I delivered at the fortmill hospital and it’s the hidden gem of the charlotte area. It’s new and so clean. The nurses were so welcoming and helpful my whole stay. I never felt like a number, I really felt like everyone knew me and took their time with the care of me and my new baby. Ive told all my friends they need to deliver here."

"My mom has stage 4 lung cancer, which has spread to other organs. We have been dealing with a Urologist who was uncaring & frankly uninterested in my mom’s prolapse. I was told “if it falls out you (me the daughter with 0 experience can just push it back in” She provided no support from receptionist to herself). Dr Taylor was kind & Knowledgeable. Best of all HONEST! Just tell me what may happen & care if it does, which he does. His nurses were amazing. The nurses were patient, kind, & funny. Thank you for seeing my mother’s humanity, not just her illness. Something as simple as being covered up when the nurse walked away meant the world to her. Best of all? She got hat she came for!!"

"I LOVED the nurses there, I had a great experience here. They checked up on every min and made sure me and baby were ok at ALL times. Going through a c-section I was very comfortable with them and felt WELCOMED! All the nurses were wonderful if you ever get Kayla you’re gonna love her, lol she sat in my room and we had many conversations. Fort mill Piedmont is 100% great at what they do! When we people wanted to visit me they made sure they were comfortable as well ."
