"First time going to this clinic, I was nervous and did not know what to expect as previous experiences, Doctors get you in and out and shove meds at you. The staff was very nice and welcoming and eased my anxiety right as I checked in. Dr Grey was very easy to talk to. At first he just listened and I was a little unsure but by the end he starting joking and really wanted to get to know me personally. Anything I mentioned in the beginning of the appointment he repeated at the end and I would not have thought he would have remembered. Very detail and will ask you multiple times before you walk out…”do you have any questions” he made me feel comfortable. It’s simple, follow the rules and this practice will help you if you truly need it."

"I had a very unfortunate experience with this practice. I signed up for the Pfizer vaccine (this would be my 2nd one and very time sensitive). I believe I got a few reminders from the office prior to my appointment, to make sure that remembered. I even called myself to verify the appointment and time, and to reiterate and verify that I was getting the Pfizer vaccine. Always, this was confirmed. I showed up on time on the day of my appointment, sat on the exam table, and was asked if I was ready for my shot. I said yes, and then again verified with them that I was getting the Pfizer vaccine. Shocked, the medical assistant said that all they had left in stock was the J&J vaccine. I explained that I could not get that, as I had already received the Pfizer. The medical assistant then went to get Tanya. I'm not sure of Tanya's role in the office, but it appeared that she had some sort of authority. Tanya explained that the office had run out of Pfizer. She said that she would be picking up or having delivered more of the Pfizer at the Health Department that day around lunch time, and that I would call me back that very afternoon to give me a time to come back. I called the office after lunch to find out if the office had the Pfizer. Was told Tanya was busy, but she would call back. I then decided to drive back to the office late that afternoon, only to be told Tanya was busy, but would call me. It is now been a few weeks. I never got a call back. I was able to get an appointment at a Walgreens in Shelby, NC within the appropriate timeframe."
