It has been life changing to learn such minor exercises that I can do to help strengthen my muscles and has made a big difference in my pain and functioning. They always make sure to check in with me during each session how my pain is and make adjustments to my treatment right away as necessary. I have recommended them to many people and if you’ve had a bad experience with PT before, try them before giving up. "I was given a rehab authorization post ACL surgery. Elite Integrated Therapy Center is my second rehab I went to. The first one didn’t work out for me. But when I walked in Elite Integrated Therapy Center my PT, Chelsea, made me feel extremely welcomed. I had a sour taste in my mouth from the first place I went to but with Chelsea, she incorporated my hobbies into my rehab. I played soccer for 7 years and I wanted to get into some adult soccer leagues. Chelsea understood the importance to get back to my sport. Once we got me strong enough we started incorporating soccer dynamics movements in my therapy sessions. Thanks to Chelsea and her team I am back to the sport I love after a hard 5.5 months of rehab.
