"I wish that I could give them NO stars at all!! A truly UNPROFESSIONAL office. Sure, they are quick to give you an appointment and have you see someone but that’s it really. My son was going to this office and they didn’t even bother to mention that he was behind certain immunization shots when he was going to THEIR office for a good while. Then, when I needed them to simply Fax over his records including his shot records to his new local pediatrician.. they NEVER faxed over his records. How does it take more than 2 weeks for someone to SEND A FAX?!! I kept calling back and forth between the 2 offices to see if the records were faxed and they weren’t! How unprofessional and incompetent is this office that a FAX couldn’t be sent the same day or the next business day??! That is STANDARD OFFICE PROTOCOL. What does the office staff do all day???… I wish that we would have NEVER went there in the first place. It’s been a nightmare just to get his medical records transferred out of that place."

"I went to Grace Medical as a new patient and when I arrived they didn't have me on the schedule as I was told to arrive 15 minutes earlier. Initially I was bothered by this however, They were able to see me after having numerous cancellations from other patients. The staff were all friendly and welcoming...I love great customer service. So far so good.... 06/06/2017 If you can help it, go to a different doctor or clinic. My Doctor Eden is amazing however her staff lacks professionalism. Yolanda is great also."
