"Went there today to pick up a box of needles for my mother, for her cat. The cat has to have insulin shots twice a day with a small needle. We didn’t know exactly what size needle it was, so we showed them the prescription for the needles and just told them it was to give a cat it’s insulin shot. They ended up being much too big. The box was $22. We took it back and asked if they had a smaller size, they didn’t, which is fine. We asked for our money back, but they told us they could not give it back because the box and one bag was opened. However, they sell the bags individually as well. So I asked if they could give me the money back for the remainder of the unopened bags and I would just pay for the bag we opened, but they refused that as well. Now we have a box of 100 insulin needles that we paid for and cannot use. I understand that the size mix up was our fault, but there’s no reason they couldn’t have given me my money back for the unopened bags. Ended up having to drive to the nearest CVS and they had no problem, granted I had to pay another $42 for more needles."

They have Spanish speaking staff around the clock which is great for those who don't speak English or don't speak it well. I know my parents personally love that they can have someone speak to them in a language they can fully understand."

"This is a good Pharmacy and very convenient. I do not use this Pharmacy due to the repeated signatures required. Many cases they require ID for pick up of routine drugs. No other Pharmacy in this area requires this much personal info."
