And I agree with the ones post what they were charged for the repair that was performed. Outrageous charges. I will not be using this place of business."

When it was determined the suitcase could not be repaired, they drafted a letter for the cruise line to that effect so we were able to submit a claim. Friendly, prompt and professional!"
