"Everyone here was so nice. You can tell they genuinely want to help. My wait time wasn't that bad, maybe a little over an hour and they definitely had their hands full. I definitely recommend if your in need and would go back if ever needed. Thanks to everyone that helped me. I believe my nurses name was Kara? She was wonderful."

"The staff were extremely courteous and efficient. I signed on and was back in a room within 5 minutes. The communication from the nurses was excellent. The provider was tied up in another room and even though I had not been waiting that long a nurse came in and let me know the provider would be with me shortly. If I would have been waiting longer I would have understood and felt cared about. They have this process and patient experience right. Bravo to the team that cared for me."

"I must say everyone I dealt with from the reception person to the entire nursing and support staff were highly professional and extremely pleasant and friendly. Turnover was fairly quick between patients — though I had a problem related to my own insurance that cost me time — and I left with a very positive feeling about the place as I had never been there before. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could."

All the staff made it so comfortable with friendliness that it felt like we had been there many times. Chrystal even gave me suggestions that I shared with my home PCP, she agreed & changed my med! "My son was sick on New Year’s Day, and luckily, we found this clinic open. It was our first time here, and the front desk attendant was cheerful and very helpful. We did have a wait time but it wasn’t unreasonable. Kara took us back and got all of our information and details for our visit. She was extremely pleasant and made my son feel comfortable. Tests were given to help with a quick diagnosis, and she made sure to make them as painless as possible for him. We were then seen by Carla Norris, NP. She was excellent and made sure we had the proper medication for treatment. And when we got to the pharmacy and there were questions about the medication, she was called and promptly took care of it without any issues. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with an urgent care need."
