"The experience over all was pretty good. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the check in process was pretty seamless. The nurse that saw me first was very kind and understand - great bedside manner. However, the Doctor that saw me next was not as empathetic. They were very matter-of-fact and stand offish. Could work on their people skills. Something that some doctors seem to understand is just addressing the issue at hand. They pushed other issues such as my weight when that was not the reason for my visit. In the future, it's not necessary to address someone's weight that is perceivably heavier when that is not why they came in to be seen. More questions and listening goes a long way - especially to people who would rather not come to the doctors at all."
"Received quick excellent service this AM after an unfortunate accident late last night resulting in a broken toe. The staff was pleasant and professional, gave great care and answered my questions. I called at 8AM and was told to come on in. I was seen quickly and returned home quickly."
"Upon check in at just after 12 noon the woman at the front (last name Roberts) asked me to email her my verification for the drug screen. I did but apparently it did not go through. So 45 min after my arrival she asked me to email it again. I did so and she let me know it was received. I waited for another 30 minutes and approached her twice asking her to get me in as I was holding it and in pain at this point. She said your paperwork is back there. Meaning the lab. Desperate, I approached her again begging her to advocate for me and get me in. That I had to do this asap. She was unmoved and irritated. She did NOTHING to help me. I sat back down and was in tears. I sat for another 20-25 min before they called me. When I said to the lab tech pls I need to go asap her comment was "we're doing our best" Absolutely zero concern that I was crying and in pain. I did my test. Thanked the lab person and left. These people clearly showed the culture of this team: act like robots, do the bare minimum in your job. No care for the human in front of you. Just stay in the box and follow your list and ignore the personal need. HORRIBLE experience and I will make certain all my neighbors and employers in the area are aware. I will never go here again."
"Helpful and explained things very well. They scheduled follow ups as needed and took my condition seriously. Only 4 stars because they almost put me on an antibiotic I couldn’t take because I’m nursing. I asked first after he told me he was going to change my antibiotic. But he did end up making a change that I am able to do and I saw significant improvement within a day. They know what they are doing! They just need to be a little more careful. Front desk staff was kind and helpful as well. I would definitely go back over anywhere else in the area for any urgent medical needs."
