"Hard for me to give an adequate rating because overall we’ve had great experiences since starting here almost 3 years ago. The office staff and nurses/medical assistants have always been wonderful. However, one provider (Julie Sears) has horrible bedside manner. She was rude and condescending with us, my teenage daughter in particular, and I will not return if she is the one working the clinic. Call ahead to see who is taking patients if you’re needing to go. That would be my advice. Otherwise, this is a great facility if you’re in a pinch and can’t get to your normal provider or just don’t have one."

"I am not very big on going to the doctors. I have huge trust issues with doctors from the past. THESE GIRLS ARE AMAZING! They go above and beyond making sure to get the answer to my Illness. I ended up going to the ER because of bad chest pain that occurred after seeing them late at night and they didn’t even do anything tests, just looked at me and gave me a steroid shot and 800 ml Tylenol. It did help. The girls from Novant walk in gave me a text in the morning to make sure everything was okay and gave me further advice and a referral to get an x-ray. They are still working with me to make sure I have the best care possible. Thank you Novant Girls! ✨"

"Was seen very quickly after making an appointment. Nurse was very friendly and efficient-the process was also very quick here. But, the provider, Julie Sears NP, had horrible bedside manner. She stayed at the doorway when speaking to me, was very short when speaking, asked no questions about what brought me there, yet wrote a note post visit stating her assessment findings-even though she never laid a stethoscope on me. Will consider coming back again for any urgent care matters with a different provider and will call ahead to see who the provider of the day is-I advise you to do the same!!"

"Never really have an issue here except with the NP Julia(or Julie, can not remember) her bedside manner is not the greatest and the way she speaks to her patient’s is awful. Otherwise, we have had good experiences."
