"Front desk lady (I believe her name is Rhonda) was amazing! She was very kind to my son that was sick and was having a bad time. He would not stop talking about her after. He even got some candy and stickers and showed pictures of her dog named mookie."

"Front desk staff is a joke. The doctors keep changing but they keep the same office staff that can't even answer phones and check ppl in correctly."

"The doctors and nurses her are absolutely wonderful, listened to our concerns, and was proactive on getting my child the necessary therapies needed. However I have to say it takes an act of god to get on the phone. It either rings busy or you have to leave a message. They are very attentive if you call in about a sick child but anything else I have rarely gotten a call back. I just recently called in and in the middle of a question the lady hung up on me and it’s not the first time. I have family who uses them and has the same complaints. Like I said the drs are great but the whole phone system/call reps are frustrating."

"They are becoming a sick clinic and stepping away from being a well visit pediatric office. They have doctors that are leaving. Appointments are being canceled and told day of to make another appointment in a month or two and hopefully they wont cancel it then either but they cant promise anything. So if you took time off work to bring your kid in for an appointment that you set in advance, you are sol when they cancel it a few hours prior. Before this, we liked the kids’ doctor, but will follow him if he leaves. Used to be a good office."

"The nurses and front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The Nurse practitioner and Doctor were both professional and kind, and took the time to ask questions. We never felt rushed."
