"Made my son an appointment online before heading over. Was greeted as we entered took care of our copay and was called back in minutes. The NP that was saw was so friendly and informative. He was prescribed medication that was sent to our pharmacy right away and got a school note. The facility was extremely clean, no weird doctor office smell, and they offered coffee & water. Very great experience we will definitely use Low Country Urgent Care in the future!"

"I was under assumption that the clinic would be less expensive than a regular doctor visit. The co-payment was $50, my insurance paid $135 and then $85 was taken out of my account with no advance approval...no text, call or email to let me know of the withdrawal. When I called to see the price of an office visit, I was told it depended which insurance I had."

"Clean facility. Self check in is simple. The staff is fantastic. Plenty space to sit or stand. Kids area. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Reasonable rates. Masks available if you’re sick and don’t want it spread your illness to others or get what they have. Highly recommend"

"This is the best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Very professional friendly staff. You can make an appointment and fill out all paper work online in advance. When you get there , you go right in without having to fill out any additional paper work. I waited only 5 minutes to be seen. Went in for neck pain and had X-rays done immediately and results were given to me the next morning at 8am. Would highly recommend this Urgent care facility."
