"First time to this type of restaurant. It’s something like Moe’s. A little disappointed that they did not have enough items available. So I had to do a bowl. Several guests were leaving because the lack of food prepared. I was charged for every item in the bowl. The menu doesn’t explain your choices and extra costs. For two bowls and two drinks was $40.00 they were out of burritos wraps no brown rice and slim pickings for everything else. A little pricey for the items we got. I think this is a one and done for us. After eating the meal the quality is just not there. Save your money and time. Sorry not worth a photo. I got a response from Chipotle to contact them. So I did the best they could do was one free soda. I let them know they could keep their $3 soda and will not be back. That’s their customer service for you !"

"This was a very terrible experience. I've been to so many Chipotle restaurants, but this is the worst ever. On God, I'm glad that Rock Hill is currently in the stages of getting another Chipotle, but there were many things going on. My order was completely wrong from the start. They put lettuce and beans on my wife's burrito when clearly it wasn't on the order receipt which I have attached. Then, once I come back to the store to inform them of the discrepancy, the one lady said she doesn't know how to make burritos so I guided her through making it. I feel that I deserve a credit or something for the inconvenience, unprofessionalism and incompetence of the employees at this location. I won't ever go back to this location #RealTalk"

"Always, Always out of items. 1 out of 5 times we visit they never have grilled vegetables. You can’t order a quesadilla at counter “online only”, very inconvenient!! Fort Mill location always has what you want and cleaner restaurant. We love Chipotle,! but have come to realization that this location has poor management."

"Two employees just sitting in corner talking with a full line of people entire line was a mess. They were out of rice and steak so we had to wait while our burritos got cold. All in all just a bad experience."
