"STAY AWAY! BEWARE!! If I could leave fewer stars I would. I called to schedule a “Routine eye exam”. Went for my appointment, gave them my insurance card that is medical/vision on the same card. They filed my insurance under medical instead of vision and my medical insurance of course denied the claim. Now, they refuse to file through my vision saying “we are specialist, we only file medical”. Great!! Why wasn’t I informed if this when I called to schedule a routine eye exam. They didn’t do anything “special”, just an exam. Based on the reviews, I’m not the only person who has been burned!"

"I believe I was their first patient of the day. I left after waiting for 30 minutes. This is typical for this office. I like their doctors, but the wait times are almost always too long."

"First appointment with Dr. Reeves went well. Refraction with Dr. Gentry was okay except for one thing. He was mostly kind except for when he belittled my astigmatism concern. Said “must be contagious” in a demeaning way to the nurse in the room when he asked where I first heard about astigmatism and I said “my coworker has glasses for it” meaning I wasn't aware that people didn’t normally see stretching lights at night. So I went in for a refraction to see if glasses would assist with astigmatism and the Dr. belittled my concern because I mentioned that a coworker has glasses to help her drive at night due to astigmatism."

"Had my lasik consultation and the surgery 4 days later. Everyone one was great, clean nice facility and knowledgeable staff. 22 minutes and I was done!"

"My wife and I went the same day my wife went ahead of me with our insurance we have a copay of $30.00 it was Just a normal eye exam they told Me I would have to pay $46 for them writeing my eye glasses percription I Refuse to pay then another person looked on her computer and said no it was free. My wife had finished before me and she had paid the $46. After talking to my insurance company. WHO called and told them it was covered. They told my wife they would call her and didn’t she called the next day and was told they would call never did! We will never go back!!!!"
