"I had a great experience all the way until the end. Every employee that I talked to was friendly and helpful! However, when I got to the register , we had the rudest cashier I’ve ever interacted with. He made it difficult to use my military discount and had an attitude from start to finish. I think his name started with an M and he was an older man with grey hair. I think this location should consider taking him off register and teach him how to speak to customers respectfully."

"180 from Bristol's services. Our cashier was Grace and she lives up to her name. We had multiple errors with afterpay and affirm and she was calm and collected while we figured out the issues on our end. The two gentlemen who inspected the bike were kind and courteous. If you're looking for sporting gear, and big box is your only choice skip Bristol, and head to this location."

"WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced !!! Seems like it’s just a bunch of teenagers working and could care less if you get the help you need even with ordering an out of stock purchase !! The gentleman in the shoe department was the ONLY one that was helpful. I had to interrupt a couple of workers laughing and flirting amongst each other after standing waiting on help for 15 minutes. Go to check out and someone had put the shorts in the wrong section and should not have been the sales price so guess what ?! I had to pay full price even though someone didn’t do their job correctly and she said she would have to call someone to pull them. This place has went downhill !!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!"
