I met with Dr. Moore and discuss issues I was having. She made recommendations and gave me a prescription. Experience was good."

"Update 11-2 second follow up and same thing happened again. Get taken back and then sit in exam room for 40+minutes waiting on doctor. I’ve e been going here for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the ladies that help with glasses and Beth in the contacts department. Unfortunately the past two visits the wait time to see Dr Smith is crazy. My annual exam I sat in waiting room for 30 minutes, my follow up appointment was at 8:15 got called back fairly quickly but then had to sit in exam room for a long time it’s now 9:00 and still haven’t seen the doctor. They have a lot of new staff and both times they asked me for my insurance cards and I gave it to them. Shouldn’t they have it on file from my annual exam? Just seems some of the newer staff aren’t trained as well as they need to be. I think they’ve gotten so busy the doctors can’t handle the patient load or something. But plan on spending over and hour if you come here apparently. It used to never be like this. Literally writing this as I sit and wait. Just plan to wait awhile I guess. I really don’t want to get established at another eye doctor since I’ve been a patient here for so long but the long wait times are a little ridiculous when I’ve had this appointment booked for a while now and I was on time."

"My last eye exam was extraordinary quick and efficient. I loved the process before the exam, the assistant (I did not catch her name) was so so professional. Dr. Moore is also warm, friendly, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this office."
