"This is no longer a non-profit. In reality, its just a middle-aged guy with a big ego and lazy work ethic whose pretending to garden. I was there as an 'apprentice.' Be careful about coming here. I had high hopes about working here and learning about sustainable gardening, but looks can be deceiving. Jim has a terrible anger problem, and hasn't learned how to communicate very well with others."
