"Every time I bring my grandmother to her appointment we are always 15 minutes early and she still has to wait over an hour to be seen."
"Arrived a half hour before appointment checked in done all the paperwork asasked Waited over 1 hour after appointment time Still no Doctorhad come to waiting room Was told 3 times the Doctor will be right with you My girlfriend was in pain and anxiety due to medical issues decided to leave after such a long wait time Let the front desk that we needed to leave due to pain And anxiety All they said was OK We feel that it is not about the Patient at this establishment"
"First of all beware ,had an appointment with this facility and waited three weeks for the appointment they called me at 1:30 to make sure I was on time for a 2 appointment we sat in the room until quarter of 4 there was a short pudgy Doctor with dark hair that walked in, she was so rude to my husband that desperately needed a pain management we were referred there by my primary care doctor this doctor was so rude she walked in with an attitude and walked out with an attitude I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! This doctor was so insensitive to what my husband was going through, these are the type of doctors that put people on the streets because they are very insensitive to people's needs!! And I'll just say that she lied about the treatment my husband needed there !! Warning right now if the owner reads this don't even try to bill my Medicare because I will definitely dispute it!!"
"Dr Munoz is by far the best pain relief doctor I have been treated by. I drive 45 miles one way to be treated by her. She treats you with dignity and respect, goes through your file prior to treating you to ensure the best results. If I had to wait for my treatment time. I know that is because she is with the current paitent to ensure that the job is done right. I have no issues waiting an additional 10-30 minutes because when it's my turn I fully trust Dr Munoz to give me the best treatment. She is a pain whisperer."
"Dr. Munoz is amazing! When I first moved to NC there were few Providers willing to see Veterans. Theres so much Government red tape and frustrations. Therefore, many Doctors simply won't. That didn't discourage Dr Munoz or The Spine Group at all. They've taken my VA Insurance always. I couldn't possibly articulate how compassionate and and how thoughtful she is. She has a true heart for service and patient care. She answers questions thoroughly and carefully. With so many injuries, I use several different modalities to maintain what level of mobility I have. She has been with me every step of the way. She's a gem. I trust her and I am grateful for her 7 x70. Wendy Ward McBride / USN"
