"Drive through exceptionally slow. Pharmacy staff are just doing the minimum to get their measly paychecks. Hire more and pay your staff enough to care about the folks who pay their bills. This place could be so much better with just a little management."

"The pharmacy members do not communicate with each other and it shows when dealing with the customer. I had an insurance change and had updated all of my family during a recent visit. When I went through the drive thru (which was abominably slow…15+ minutes every time)the next day, there was no insurance listed for my child. That was completely against what the previous day’s pharmacy assistant had assured me. I was told to go inside and wait while they figure it out. Over 30 minutes later, they were able to finally get my insurance working and see me out the door. No apologies. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I had just switched to here for convenience and completely regret that decision. We will be shifting to a new pharmacy on the next round of prescriptions. Avoid this pharmacy if you can!"

"After reading the reviews for this location, I’ll admit, I was skeptical, BUT two members of the pharmacy team greeted me with a warm smile promptly after I walked up to the consultation booth. Every employee was working hard, in a great mood, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I’m sorry to see that many have had a poor experience here. Granted, this is my first time at this location, however, I would highly recommend to give this CVS a try before reading into the reviews. Also-I NEVER leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my positive experience and hope it may stand out among the negative ones."

"Came here with a relative of mine to get our drive-thru COVID tests and the pharmacy tech who was handing us the tests was extremely rude to us. I had to bite my tongue throughout the whole process despite numerous snarky comments being made by the tech towards me and my relative. For instance, said relative (who noticed how rude the tech was) let the tech know that she would be taking the COVID test after I did, since our appointments were simultaneous, and the tech responded with a chuckle and sneer indistinguishable from that of a bully. I will never be returning to this CVS; to those interested in coming here for whatever reason, please heed the warnings of the other reviews!"
