"I usually receive great care from Walgreens pharmacy, but today was terrible (10/23). I called this afternoon to obtain advice regarding my one year olds diarrhea from his antibiotic he started yesterday. After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes, an associate told me the pharmacist was still busy and maybe she could help me. I explained my issue and told her I just wanted some advice, as my pediatricians office is closed. The woman pharmacist told the employee that she could not help me and to contact his doctor. I was shocked and asked again if she could help me at all, and her reply was no. This is unacceptable and terrible service."
