This operates like everything else in the wasteland of Lumberton, whereas if you can find a business that will unlock it's doors for more than a few minutes a day, the service is bound to be horrible. What kind of urgent care is not open before 11 and closes before 4?"

"Very disappointed! I called ahead to verify their hours and ask if I could be seen as a walk-in today, and was told I could be seen if I arrived by 4:45. I showed up by 4:40 and nobody was there. The doors were locked, and a landscaper said everyone had left about ten minutes before I got there. I also was concerned when I asked if they worked with my insurance company and they said they didn't know."
