"I am dating a patient who receives mental health services through Hope Family Practice. On this date I called to make the patient’s therapist aware of issues affecting the patient’s mental well-being. I do not wanna violate HIPPA rights. I just wanna PROVIDE information to help the patient. However the staff brushed me off and would not inform the therapist to call me. If the patient harms herself I will do EVERYTHING to hold Hope Family Practice liable."
