Goshen Medical Center - Raeford

"The staff is indeed friendly. However my doctor has been changed twice without notice since I have been here. An appointment was scheduled over the phone no one ever called me. I'm a diabetic I have neglected I have been calling trying to get in touch with the doctor I was under no answer.This is so unprofessional. Now, I have to find another provider to get my diabetic medication. I have called corporate office to file a complaint and the phone just hangs up."

"Covid testing was quick and convenient. However, the provider in Raefor, that came out to deliver the results was rude!! Questioned symptoms and fever like I was lying…trust and believe I would not waste my time to get tested if I were not feeling pretty dang bad!"

"Took my friend to the doctor for her appointment this morning. When we arrived, we were not informed that we would have to sit outside for the appointment because in order to be seen inside, or sit inside the building, you have no choice but to be swabbed for the COVID test. In addition to that, the nurse who informed us that we had to sit outside in the cold was very rude. Communication is key, let your potential patients know your policies and procedures so that they can act accordingly."

"Always prompt and professional. If your currently going to the office near the Cape Fear Valley Hospital and you're not happy with the lack of patient care from the staff, I would most definitely give the Raeford location a shot. The drive is definitely worth it. You will not be sorry."

"If you are going for the rapid COVID test be prepared to wait 5 hours. I would rather get actual COVID then wait in line for this test again."
