"Our granddaughter has been going to this daycare for several years. She loves going to school and loves her teachers. As she has grown, she has been moved up in classes several times and has adjusted very well. She will be 4 yrs in a few months and is so well rounded. They prepare the children for starting school through all the lessons, games and teachings. I also love that this is a Christian base school. Thank you Cleveland Child Care and all the providers for the excellent care you provide for out granddaughter."
"I have worked here for years and always loved Cleveland Child Care. The staff is so friendly. The administration is very supportive and they always go the extra mile. I love that it is a Christian daycare and we teach the children about God early on. I am having a baby of my own soon and he or she will be coming here!"
"Started at this daycare when our child was 1.5 yrs old. The younger classes have teachers that are happy to be there and enjoy their job. Once they were in the 2 yr old and up room you could tell the "teachers" did not enjoy kids or need to be working with kids that were in the potty training age. Now we were told that if our 3.5 yr old did not become fully potty trained within the next few days we would have to leave the school. Needless to say we are gone today and no more money will go to them. The teacher obviously did not like changing dirty clothes and this was pushed along by the director. All this after being one of a few dozen families that kept them open last year during the pandemic shut down where a majority of the kids were taken out and teachers had to be laid off. We understood the need for the potty training to be done but felt it was very unreasonable for their position especially since 3 or 4 other kids were having accidents in the same room as evidence by dirty clothes bags in their cubbies also throughout the week. Very disappointed in this day care after the time and money we spent with them for the last 2 years."
"My daughter has been going to Cleveland Childcare and Development Center since she was 8 weeks old. Ms. Trudy was like an extra grandma to my sweet girl. She had a genuine smile on her face everyday we walked in. She gave this poor first time mama real peace of mind. She is now 19 months old and has graduated 2 different times into bigger classrooms with good experiences each time. This is a Christian based daycare and it is MUCH more affordable than lots of other places in the area. This facility was recommended by others in the community and I am glad I took their advice."
"As a single Mom who is new to the area, the search for the right daycare can seem more like looking for a special part of your extended family. I had hoped for a place where my children would feel warm and comforted. I had hoped for a place to give me peace of mind during the hours of my long work day. Unfortunately I’ve had to find out the hard way that Cleveland child care is not the right fit. It is nothing more then facility to house my children during my absence. Consistent staff turnover speaks volumes. The lack of caring from the others on the staff is discerning. You can see when someone is passionate about their job and when somewhere is there to collect a check. My family wasn’t a right fit for the type of care they offer. I just wish I had realized it sooner. Please take my advice and seek out other alternatives for child care. Or at least pop in for an unannounced tour and see the place for what it really is."
