"What do these people have a job for? Been calling for 2 days straight attempting to make an appointment and have yet to talk to an actual person"

"The doctors, nurses, medical assistants and phlebotomist are awesome. But the front desk staff are rude. When you ask a question they, roll their eyes and are very short with you. They’re very disrespectful and show no customer service at Southern Pines Womens Center in Southern Pines. If I hadn’t spent $2,000 out of pocket and so close to my due date, I would ask for my records to be transferred to another OB clinic. It’s sad, cause I really like my doctor.."

"I truly hate this office. You call leave several messages no one calls you back! The most unorganized dr office I’ve ever been to. When you do get a live person on the phone they want to transfer you to someone voice mail. Why do they even answer the phone if the can’t reschedule or schedule appointments. I will never recommend this office to anyone. You’ll be better off driving to Chapel Hill Raleigh or Charlotte for your prenatal appointments. Very rude staff as well"

"Calling since 830 it is now 842 I keep getting a message that says, you are receiving this message because you are calling outside of telephone hours, our hours are 830 to 430 M-f. Well it's Monday and a non holiday. Absolutely frustrating. 3 stars only because I really like my OB."

"I'm sitting here trying to figure out how the woman at the front desk still has a job? I recently went in there with my mother who was having some issues and she rolled her eyes at her was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I walked over and watched her with other patients and she was the exact same way with them. I used to be a patient here but that will no longer happen and the same goes with my mother. She needs some serious customer service tips. One being to treat the patients with respect."
