"An employee named Diane Stalsby-Wheeler who works at the front desk rear ended me with my 4 year old in the car as she was leaving work, it was very minor so we exchanged info and we left. She was so friendly told me everything about her insurance and where she worked and even gave me her cellphone number. So I filed it and she stopped returning the insurance companies phone calls. I had to provide photographic evidence of both vehicles as proof so I did but because she avoided them my car never got fixed. I tried to call her work M3 insurance ( she said that I could) and ask her what was going And I was cussed out by her daughter. I was very polite and Diane was very uncooperative. For someone who works at an insurance place she sure lacks integrity! I would not recommend getting insurance through a place with such hostile and dishonest employees."
